Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, the regular City Council meeting scheduled for Monday, November 28 was cancelled and was rescheduled to Wednesday November 30 at 5:30.  Because the meeting on November 30^th is a City Council meeting outside of the regular meeting schedule, it is called as a special city council meeting.  In such cases, the agenda is posted within 24 hours of the meeting date and time.
