The City Clerk is the official recordkeeper for the City, responsible for agendas, minutes, ordinances, resolutions, contracts, insurance documents, and legal publications. The City Clerk’s Office coordinates and conducts Municipal Elections.
The City Clerk serves as the filing officer for the Fair Political Practices Commission Statements of Economic Interests, prepares and distributes agenda packets, prepares proclamations and plaques, assists residents, responds to citizen inquiries and requests for information, coordinates the City’s annual Fiesta, coordinates filming permits, and provides support to the City Manager.
