We are excited to announce a new chapter in our Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training program!
We have a new instructor, Public Safety and Emergency Services Manager Mike Grant, who brings fresh energy and innovative ideas to CERT training, and we are confident that you will find the upcoming sessions engaging and enriching.
As a retired Chief of Police and law enforcement officer with 30 years of experience, Mike is uniquely qualified and passionate about reengaging all past and current CERT members. He warmly welcomes anyone new who is interested in joining our team to help build a stronger, more resilient community. This is an excellent opportunity for both seasoned CERT members and newcomers to learn valuable skills and contribute to our city’s preparedness.
Mark your calendar for July 24th at 6:30 PM at City Hall for our kickoff meeting.
We look forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones. See you there!
