What are the hours for City Hall, and how do I get there?
City Hall is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The City Hall address is 6165 Spring Valley Road, Hidden Hills, CA 91302. We are located along the 101 freeway between Calabasas and Woodland Hills (City of Los Angeles).

Directions from the east (San Fernando Valley)
When traveling north or west on the 101 freeway, exit at Valley Circle Boulevard and turn right. Proceed on Valley Circle Boulevard to Burbank Boulevard (a traffic signal) and turn left. Burbank Boulevard becomes Spring Valley Road as you enter Hidden Hills. Just before the gate house, turn right from Spring Valley Road into the City Hall driveway and parking lot.

Directions from the west (Ventura County)
When traveling south or east on the 101 freeway, exit at Valley Circle Boulevard and turn left at the traffic signal at the end of the off-ramp onto Calabasas Road. Immediately turn left at the first traffic signal (Valley Circle Boulevard) and cross the freeway. Continue north on Valley Circle Boulevard to Burbank Boulevard (a traffic signal) and turn left. Burbank Boulevard becomes Spring Valley Road as you enter Hidden Hills. Just before the gate house, turn right from Spring Valley Road into the City Hall driveway and parking lot.

When and where are the City Council meetings held?
The City Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 6165 Spring Valley Road, Hidden Hills. As an added convenience, the meetings are shown live on the City's cable TV, channel 3.

What is the difference between the City and the Hidden Hills Community Association?
The City of Hidden Hills and the Hidden Hills Community Association are two separate and distinct entities.

What is the LVMCOG?
The LVMCOG is the Las Virgenes Malibu Council of Governments. All five cities in the area belong to the COG — Hidden Hills, Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Malibu, and Westlake Village. These five cities have joined together to share information; to bring additional funding and resources to the area; and to address regional issues such as emergency services/disaster preparedness, traffic and transportation, water quality, etc. The COG Board of Directors, consisting of one Council Member from each City, along with the COG Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), which consists of the five City Managers, both meet every month.

Where do I get information on recreational activities and/or classes?
The Hidden Hills Community Association staff can assist you with your recreational needs. Feel free to stop by the Community Center at 24549 Long Valley Road, or call 818/227-6657.

Can I get a marriage license or passport at City Hall?
The City does not issue marriage licenses or passports. For marriage licenses, call the L.A. County Registrar Recorder/County Clerk at 562/462-2137. Direct your inquiries regarding passports to the Reseda Post Office at 818/342-5786.

Where do I obtain Building and Safety permits?
The Building and Safety Department is located at City Hall, 6165 Spring Valley Road, Hidden Hills. Phone and counter hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Call 818/888-9281. Requests for inspections can be made any time during regular City Hall business hours, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., but must be made 24 hours in advance.
