
Over the past few weeks, Hidden Hills experienced recurring landline disruptions. While the City is not responsible for landline infrastructure, we remained in frequent communication with AT&T throughout the outage to help expedite restoration due to the potential public safety implications.
AT&T advised the City that full restoration was expected to be completed by Sunday, January 4. Residents are encouraged to check their landline service at this time.
If you are still experiencing issues with your landline service, please email City Manager Gloria Molleda at gloria@hiddenhillscity.org. In your message, include:
- Your home address
- The phone number of the affected landline
This information will assist us in coordinating follow-up with the service provider.
