At 3:00 p.m. on Monday, September 22, 2025, in closed session, the City Council voted 5–0 to appoint Gloria Molleda as City Manager. As part of this leadership transition, the Council also voted 5–0 to conclude Mr. Shawn Bayliss’s service as City Manager. Molleda’s employment agreement will be voted on at the next Regular City Council meeting on Monday, October 13, 2025.

Molleda has served the City of Hidden Hills for more than a year and a half, including as Assistant City Manager and Interim City Manager.
